3. Spam and Misuse

  • Sending or automating bulk, unsolicited, or deceptive messages or comments.
  • Using Marketivon’s AI tools to flood, spam, or manipulate social media, websites, or online platforms.
  • Attempting to interfere with or overload our systems or those of our partners.

4. Infringement of Rights

  • Violating intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets).
  • Uploading or using materials that you do not have the legal right to use.
  • Using Marketivon to collect or share private information without consent.

5. Platform Security

  • Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with Marketivon’s security mechanisms.
  • Accessing or attempting to access other users’ accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
  • Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract source code from Marketivon software.

6. Misrepresentation

  • Using Marketivon to impersonate another individual, brand, or organization.
  • Misrepresenting your affiliation with Marketivon or claiming false endorsement.

Responsible Use of AI

Marketivon provides AI tools designed to assist with automated comment management and engagement. You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • AI-generated replies are reviewed before publishing, to prevent unintentional harm or misinformation.
  • Your use of AI complies with applicable content policies, community standards, and platform rules (e.g., WordPress, YouTube, or Meta).
  • You do not use AI outputs to deceive, exploit, or harm others.

System Integrity

You may not attempt to test, scan, or probe Marketivon’s systems for vulnerabilities without written authorization.
Any interference with normal operations, attempts to disrupt availability, or efforts to manipulate system performance are strictly prohibited.

Reporting Violations

If you believe a user is violating this Policy, please contact us at abuse@marketivon.com with relevant details. We investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts.

Enforcement

Violations of this Policy may result in:

  • Temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
  • Restriction of access to certain features.
  • Reporting to law enforcement authorities if required by law.

We reserve the right to take any other action deemed necessary to protect Marketivon, its users, and the integrity of our Service.
